Important information about trial lessons, monthly subscriptions, flexible lesson packages, scheduling, cancellations, and lesson credits.
The trial class is a 25-minute private lesson and costs €9.99.
The trial is a one-time, non-refundable payment and is not credited toward any plan, package or future lesson.
It grants one trial lesson, must be booked within 30 days of payment, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Monthly classes follow a regular weekly schedule and renew automatically every 28 days (4 weeks).
Each billing period includes a fixed number of lesson credits: 4 credits on Regular, 8 credits on Semi-Intensive, and 12 credits on Intensive.
Because billing follows a 28-day cycle rather than a calendar month, the payment amount and the number of lesson credits are always the same in every period.
If Zihao cancels a scheduled lesson, the lesson will be rescheduled or added as a lesson credit. The student will not lose that lesson.
Students must cancel or request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the lesson.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the lesson count as a used lesson, and so do no‑shows.
Rollover allowances are shown on the selected pricing card. Eligible rollover lessons must be used during the following 28-day period and cannot be carried forward again.
A rollover applies only when the student requests cancellation or rescheduling at least 12 hours in advance. All rescheduling remains subject to Zihao’s availability.
Students whose subscription does not include the monthly group discussion may join for €4.99 per session.
Flexible lesson packages are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
All purchased lessons must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
Unused lessons expire after the 12-month validity period and cannot be extended or carried forward unless Zihao explicitly agrees otherwise.
Flexible lessons are booked individually and remain subject to Zihao’s availability.
